Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:  
Installation of the "SPEED RESTRICTION" signs along sections of Mandan Street is estimated at $200.00 and is available in fiscal year 2010-2011 Road Fund Budget.
 
Reason for Recommendation:   
To sanction the revision to Resolution No. 247-81, which establishes speed restrictions pursuant to Section 10.08.020, of the El Dorado County Ordinance Code, as approved by the Traffic Advisory Committee, August 25, 2010.  
 
Specific Sites:
The revision at the specific site listed below is to be carried out in accordance with the attached Resolution (Attachment A).  Amend speed limit upon:
 
"(da) Mandan Street (No. 2391 thirty (30) thirty-five (35) miles per hour from Apache Avenue (No. 2016) north to Pioneer Trail (No. 114)".
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:  
1. Board Clerk to obtain the Chair's signature on the Resolution.
2. Board Clerk to return a copy of signed Resolution to DOT.
