Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for road right of way, a public utilities easement, and a drainage easement situated entirely on Tract 2 shown on Record of Survey 16-135 being a part of Yellowbrick Road, for the subject property identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 088-20-55, being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B, attached to the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication. Said dedication is being made by George and Anne Heneger, and is necessary to meet the condition of approval for a Boundary Line Adjustment #06-0030 and County Surveyor initiated Certificate of Compliance 2003-269 to 271. The subject property location lies west of Garden Valley Road on Yellowbrick Road, in the Garden Valley area.
The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed said offer and recommends that the Board adopt and authorize the Chairman to sign the Resolution acknowledging but rejecting said offer at this time. Authorization for recording of said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.
