The County will receive annual revenue in the amount of $580.00 for a Single T Hangar pursuant to Resolution 232-2004.  There is no cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.

Reason for Recommendation:
Randy Johnson has been a tenant at Georgetown Airport since December of 2005.  Mr. Johnson's   Land Use Agreement has expired for his use of Hangar Space # SP-11.  A new Land Use Agreement has been prepared and is attached to this agenda item.  The new agreement has been updated to reflect changes required by the Department of Transportation as a result of the transfer of the Airports from General Services.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. The Chairman will execute the Land Use Agreement in duplicate.

2. The Clerk of the Board to return one fully-executed original of the Land Use Agreement to DOT for transmittal to Lessee.
