Reason for Recommendation:
The Contract for the Angora 3 Erosion Control Project (Project) was executed by the Board on June 17, 2008. The Project was substantially completed on October 31, 2008.

The Board actions above will start legal time frames for guarantees, a lien period, and return of retention monies. V & C Construction, Inc. acceptance of the final Contract cost is attached and summarized below:
