The El Dorado County Youth Commission returns to the Board of Supervisors to honor the request Supervisor Sweeney proposed at the August 12, 2008 Board of Supervisors meeting. Supervisor Sweeney proposed to the Board that the Youth Commission send information to Marjorie Dickinson, Assistant Vice Chancellor, Government and Community Relations, UC Davis to bring awareness on how the collaboration between the Board and the Youth Commission provide youth a voice in decision making in El Dorado County. The Commission will present to the Board an informational packet to be forwarded to Ms. Marjorie Dickinson. While present, the Youth Commission will give a brief update on El Dorado County Grant Advisory Board for Youth. Lastly, the Youth Commission will honor Supervisor Dupray with a proclamation to recognize his efforts as the liaison to the Youth Commission.
