General Services Department recommending Chairman to be authorized to sign Amendment I to Lease Agreement 241-L0011 with Robert Earl Olson and Martha Waddell Olson in the amount of $3,181.39 per month commencing January 1, 2009, and occupied on a month to month tenancy basis thereafter, for office space located at 415 Placerville Drive, Suites J, K, & L, in Placerville for the Health Services Department, EMS Program, noting cost per square foot is $1.03.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve.
FUNDING: General Fund.

Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: The Health Services Department has advised General Services that funds are available within their FY2008-09 budget.
Reason for Recommendation: The Health Services Department has expressed its desire to continue the facility lease. Month to month tenancy allows facility flexibility.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Upon approval by the Board, the Clerk will forward the fully executed Amendment I to Lease Agreement 241-L0011 to General Services for distribution and administration.
