Background:

Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a replacement Storm Drain Easement, located on the common boundary line between Lots 108 and 109 of The Promontory Village No. 4, also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 124-210-09, and being more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B of the attached Resolution. Said dedication is made by Yu-Lin Hsueh and Diem-Trang Hsueh, and is necessary due to the installation of new drainage facilities on the subject lot. The subject property is located on Suffolk Way, south of Green Valley Road and west of El Dorado Hills Boulevard, in El Dorado Hills.

The Department of Transportation’s staff has reviewed said offer and recommends that the Board approve said offer and adopt the Resolution acknowledging, but rejecting said offer, at this time. Authorization for recording of said offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1) Said Resolution and Irrevocable Offer of Dedication referenced herein will be recorded.
2) A copy of the recorded Resolution will be sent to the property owners.
3) A Certificate of Correction may be recorded.
