Transportation Department recommending that the Board consider recomendations regarding the property identified as APN 121-120-19, owned by Serrano Associates LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as follows:
1) Approve the Correctory Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Slope Easement;
2) Approve the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for Road Right of Way and Public Utilities Easement; and
3) Adopt the Resolutions accepting said offers.

Background:
The Department of Transportation processed an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Slope Easement in favor of El Dorado County, as a result of Project #72349 for the White Rock Road Improvement - Phase 2 project. Subsequently, the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors executed said Resolution No. 362-2005, and said documents were recorded by the Board Clerk, in the Office of the El Dorado County Recorder, on December 20, 2005, as document number 2005-00106609-00.
Reason for Recommendation:
In preparation for filing the final Record of Survey map for Project #72349, said Slope Easement property description was found to contain discrepancies and the conveyance of the road right of way had not been completed. The Department of Transportation has received a Correctory Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for Slope Easement and an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for Road Right of Way and Public Utilities Easement from Serrano Associates LLC to the County of El Dorado, more particularly described in Exhibits A and depicted in Exhibits B, attached to said offers. The Exhibits attached to the Correctory Irrevocable Offer of Dedication rectifies the distance and coordinates that accurately describe the area originally conveyed by Serrano Associates.
