Reason for Recommendation: The SAGE (Surveyors, Architects, Geologists and Engineers of El Dorado County) member to the Building Industry Advisory Committee ("BIAC") moved out of the area and is no longer a member of the organization. SAGE selected Earl "Mick" McGuire as their representative on the BIAC.
