DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
The Chief Administrative Office, Parks Division recommends that the Commission recommend for Board of Supervisors' approval the updated SPTC JPA License Agreement wtih Placerville Sacramento Valley Rail Road for rail excursion services.
DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The SPTC JPA has been working on an update to the Placerville Sacramento Valley Rail Road license agreement
ALTERNATIVES
As a member of the SPTC JPA, the Board of Supervisors can recommend that the County not sign the agreement.
