Community Development Services, Department of Transportation (Transportation), recommending the Board consider the following:
1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP) Intergovernmental Grant Administration Agreement 18-31215 (Agreement), awarding funds of $74,563, for planning associated with the CSA #5 Erosion Control Project (Project), and
2) Authorize the Director of Transportation to execute any future amendments or modifications to this Intergovernmental Grant Administration Agreement that do not increase the current grant amount of $74,563.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The 2007 Tahoe Sierra IRWMP, which enables the coordination of water quality and resource management efforts between jurisdictions within the Lake Tahoe Regional Watershed, was adopted by the Board on November 6, 2012 (Item 16), and the subsequent update to the IRWMP was adopted on January 27, 2015 (Item 44). Adoption of the IRWMP allowed the County to apply for grant funds under Proposition 84, the Safe Drinking Water, Water Quality and Supply, Flood Control and Coastal Protection Bond Act of 2006 and Proposition 1 (Prop 1), the Water Quality, Supply and Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2014.
