Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Acknowledge and consent to the making of an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication For A Road Right Of Way And Public Service Easement, on Assessor’s Parcel number 119-100-55. Offer shall include the underlying fee;
2) Acknowledge and consent to the making of an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication For A Drainage Easement, on Assessor’s Parcel number 119-100-55;
3) Acknowledge and consent to the making of a Grant Of Temporary Construction Easement, on Assessor’s Parcel number 119-100-55;
4) Acknowledge and consent to the making of a Grant Of Temporary Access Easement, on Assessor’s Parcel number 119-100-55; and
5) Authorize the Chair to sign a consent for each of the above dedications and to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedications with the consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Surveyor's Office received an application from Mina Ravanipour and Kazem Emdadi, the owners of Assessor’s Parcel Number 119-100-55, for four dedications; 1) Irrevocable Offer of Dedication For Road Right Of Way And Public Service Easement, 2) Irrevocable Offer of Dedication For A Drainage Easement, 3) Grant Of Temporary Construction Easement, 4) Grant Of Temporary Access Easement.
Each offer is more particularly described in an Exhibit “A” and depicted on an Exhibit “B” attached to each offer. These dedications are in relation to the work on North Silver Dove Way and in support of of the Bass Lake Specific Plan.
ALTERNATIVES
An alternative would be to not accept these Offers of Dedication. By utilizing this alternative, the County and/or developers would be unable to meet improvement obligations of the Bass Lake Specific Plan.
OTHER DEPARTMENT / AGENCY INVOLVEMENT
The Department of Transportation has reviewed said offers of dedication and supports the consent to the making of a recordation of said dedications.

It is recommended that the Board approve this item.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no fiscal impact or Net County Cost associated with this item.
CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
1) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on the Consent To The Making Of An Irrevocable Offer Of Dedication, for Road Right Of Way and Public Service Easement.
2) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on the Consent To The Making Of An Irrevocable Offer Of Dedication, for a Drainage Easement.
3) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on the Consent To The Making Of A Dedication, for a Grant Of Temporary Construction Easement.
4) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on the Consent To The Making Of A Dedication, for a Grant Of Temporary Access Easement.
5) The Clerk of the Board will record the above dedications as authorized by the Board of Supervisors with the applicable signed consent attached to the back of each document.
6) The Clerk of the Board will return a copy of the recorded documents to the Surveyor’s Office.
