DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
APN No. 325-300-35 and 325-300-36 are located on Gold Nugget Way with no established address and the nearest cross-street is Forni Road. The properties consist of approximately 26 acres. The potential aquisition may allow for alternate locations for government offices that are currently in leased space.
