Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
There is no fiscal impact and no net cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.

Reason for Recommendation:
The Department of Transportation has received Irrevocable Offers of Dedication for storm drain easements, situated across the westerly portion of Tract 1, RS#29/87, as required by the approved improvement plans and the provisions of the El Dorado Hills Valley View Specific Plan (VVSP) West Valley Village TM06-1409. Said offers, as Phase I and Phase II, provide for the installation of drainage facilities as described in the preliminary Engineering Report for the West Valley View Specific Plan Master Drainage Study, dated September 28, 1999, and shall implement appropriate runoff controls to prevent siltation and potential discharge of pollutants into drainages.

Said parcel is also identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number 118-130-33, and said storm drainage easements, Phase I and Phase II, are more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolutions. Said dedications are made by East Ridge Investors, a California Limited Liability Company. The subject property location is situated east of Latrobe Road, and south of White Rock Road, in El Dorado Hills.
