DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The 2020 regular meeting calendar of the Board of Supervisors was developed in October 2019 since then several Supervisors have requested a change to the calendar, staff is recommending the Board cancel their meeting of November 3, 2020 and schedule November 24, 2020 to minimize impacts to County operations.
ALTERNATIVES
The Board may choose not to cancel their meeting of November 3, 2020 which may result in a lack of a quorum. The Board may choose not to schedule November 24, 2020 as a regular meeting date and/or direct staff to take other action.
PRIOR BOARD ACTION
The Board adopted their 2020 regular meeting calendar on November 5, 2019, File 19-1450.
