Chief Administrative Office, Parks Division, recommends that the Parks and Recreation Commission review the Commissioner Bio and Disclosure form. Parks staff is requesting that Commissioners complete and submit the forms prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting on February 20th, 2020.
The purpose of the form is to collect background information and affiliation information for each Parks and Recreation Commissioner. This information will be utilized to create a biography on each Commissioner that will be available on the County website. These biographies will promote transparency and provide the public with background and information regarding any relationships Commissioners may hold with outside organizations.
