Title
Transportation Department recommending Chairman be authorized to sign Budget Transfer establishing appropriations and revenue for Fiscal Year 2009-2010. (4/5 vote required)

FUNDING:   Transportation Development Act (TDA) - Local Transportation Fund (LTF)
Body

Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
There is no net cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.  There is no fiscal impact for this action as the initial Board action on June 30, 2009 approving the orignal item established the fiscal impact.

Reason for Recommendation:
On June 30, 2009 your Board approved a Budget Transfer establishing appropriations and revenue for the South Lake Tahoe Transit Program for Fiscal Year 2009-2010 (Item 75).  That Budget Transfer contained an error on the index code of line 9. Index code 306730 for Tahoe Engineering was deactivated in FY 2009-2010 and was replaced with index code 306331.  The budget transfer should have reflected this new index code.

The attached budget transfer is identical to the budget transfer submitted and approved by your Board on June 30, 2009 with the exception that the index code on line 9 has been corrected.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
The Auditor Controller will post the corrected budget transfer.
