Reason for Recommendation: Whenever two or more elections, including bond elections. of any public district, county or other political subdivision are called to be held on the same day, in the same territory or in a territory that is part of the same, they may be consollidated pursuant to California Elections Code Sec. 10400/10401 upon the order of the governing body calling the elections.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The attached resolution needs to be signed by the Chairman of the Board and returned to Elections.
