FUNDING: Funding for this acquisition will be provided by 2004 General Plan TIM fees in the amount of $450 and Highway Safety Improvement Program grant funds in the amount of $4,050.

Reason for Recommendation:
The Transportation Department is currently in the design phase to widen and construct a turning lane on a high-risk segment of Pleasant Valley Road, just east and west of Oak Hill Road, in Placerville (Pleasant Valley Road at Oak Hill Road Intersection Improvements Project #73358).
