BACKGROUND
On August 25, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved a recommendation to establish by Resolution a Diamond Springs and El Dorado Community Advisory Committee. The purpose of the Committee is to advise the County regarding development activity within the region. The proposed Ordinance creates a nine-member committee whose members are residents of the Diamond Springs/El Dorado Region and establishes the duties and responsibilities of the Committee.
