DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
To get community input a survey was released on Forebay Community Park to get an idea of what the community would like to see at this location. On May 18, 2022, these results were given to the public at a public meeting held at the park. From the survey a bubble diagram was given with recommendations based on the survey. The public had strong opinions of leaving the trees and natural feel of the park. Residents adjacent to the park were worried about noise and erosion from a bike park. The public present expressed wanting a walking path that could be multi use. This could be a paved path to reduce erosion. There was also discussion about fencing.
