Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: The Fallen Leaf Lake Community Services District will be billed for the cost of conducting the election. The Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters will be reimbursed by said district.
Reason for Recommendation: The results of the votes cast at the mailed ballot election held July 27, 2010, were certified by the Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters on July 28, 2010, and are submitted herewith. Measure D did pass with a two-thirds majority vote.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Return a signed minute order to the Elections Division.
