Background: Calfee & Konwinski, a Professional Corporation, to be retained to initiate foreclosure proceedings regarding the collection of delinquent 1915 Improvement Bond assessments for the El Dorado Hills Business Park Phase 1 Refunding Assessment District, El Dorado Hills Business Park Phase 2 Refunding Assessment District, and the El Dorado Hills Community Facilities Districts Nos. 1992-1, 2001-1, 2005-1, and 2005-2. Such legal services shall include all such services normally provided by the Law Firm, which are reasonably related to the accomplishment of the County's goal of recovery of all delinquent 1915 and Mello-Roos Improvement Bond assessment accounts that are referred to the Law Firm for collection efforts.
Fiscal Impact: None. The cost of these services will be paid by the special assessment districts or affected property owners.
