Background: Senior Air Quality Specialist Dennis Otani is retiring from County service on September 30.  HIs thirty-five year career began in 1976 as Registered Environmental Health Specialist with Kings County.  Since 1991, Dennis has served the people of El Dorado County in various capacities primarily related to air quality.  A proclamation commemorating his career and accomplishments is attached.
