| 1 | 1. | Agenda Item | Hearing to consider Holly’s Hill Vineyards Microbrewery (Conditional Use Permit CUP21-0009) request to allow the addition of a microbrewery use to the existing winery operation to brew and sell 15 beer barrels per year to start, up to a maximum of 15,000 barrels of beer for on-site and off-site consumption. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 078-240-021, consisting of 10.52 acres, is located on the west side of Leisure Lane, approximately 2 miles west of the intersection with Pleasant Valley Road, in the Pleasant Valley area, submitted by Holly & Thomas Cooper; staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions:
1) Find CUP21-0009 exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines; and
2) Approve CUP21-0009, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.
