A motion was made by Member Miller, seconded by Member Noonan, to Adopt  
the Agenda and Approve the Minutes with no changes.

the SEED Meeting Minutes from August 21, 2025.

Discussion of the Economic Strategy update, including Board of  
Supervisors action and next steps, with attachments of the Economic  
Strategy and Resolution from Board of Supervisors Item 25-1332 from the  
8/26/2025 meeting.

Planning and Building Director, Karen L. Garner, gave a brief overview of the  
next steps for the Economic Strategy and Resolution.

Discussion of the Agricultural Commission’s interest in partnering on  
economic issues.  
Public Comment: M. Ranalli; L. Boeger; L. Hernandez; U. Fuzzy; C. Larson; G. Posey  
Greg Boeger and Dave Bolster, the Chair and Vice Chair of the Agricultural  
Commission gave a brief history and overview of the current state of the  
Agriculture Industry in the County. The committee discussed the benefits of  
working together.  
SEED MEMBER UPDATES  
Vice Chair Spaur shared that he is working on a meeting to discuss a contract  
with the Board of Forestry and the USDA.
