Judge's Comments - Hon. Leanne Mayberry, Superior Court Judge:  
Expressed concern with Buzz Balls. There seems to be a rise with youth and DUIs  
and wondering if this is a trend associated with Buzz Balls. Their shape, marketing,  
and assortment of flavors appeals to youth. These contain approx 15%alcohol by  
volume She has seen these in stores located near the checkout rather than with the  
alcohol. Judge Mayberry read an article pertaining to a 19yr old in a DUI crash and  
Buzz Balls were found in the vehicle. This is a potential educational opportunity for the  
Commission as well as a means for the Commission in the impact the court is seeing,  
if there is a a campaign already in place around this and how we may work with  
community partners such as TASK to help support our youth and the courts
