Commission members reviewed both applications and unanimously agreed to move forward with  
both applications to appoint as new members to the commission. ICPO, Smith also in  
agreement with appointments.  
Next Steps: Oates will reach out to Judge Mayberry to move forward with the formal appointment  
paperwork and set up Christopher Lilly as well as Katelyn Pham as new Commission members  
by the next commission meeting in May.  
NEW BUSINESS  
Continue discussion around support for families visiting youth in JTC - Commission decided to  
hold this discussion for future commission meeting.  
Discussion around scheduling the 2026 JJDPC Inspecion of the JTC. Hurley is available for  
inspection and will reach out to commission and work with Oates to help get this scheduled at the  
JTC.
