Hearing to consider Hackomiller Project (Tentative Parcel Map P23-0006)
to divide an approximately 169.85-acre property into three (3) parcels that
are respectively 40.05, 40.01, and 89.79 acres on property, identified by
Assessor’s Parcel Number 088-021-040, consisting of 169.85 acres, is
located east of Hackomiller Road, approximately 0.4 mile northeast of the
intersection with Garden Valley Road, in the Garden Valley Area,
submitted by Tom Van Noord/Sean Jackson; staff recommends the Zoning
Administrator take the following actions:
1) Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration based on the Initial Study
prepared by staff in accordance with the CEQA Guidelines;
2) Adopt the Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program in accordance with
the CEQA Guidelines Section 15074(d); and
3) Approve Tentative Parcel Map P23-0006, based on the Findings and
subject to the Conditions of Approval as provided.
