PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS: The meeting will be open to the public. The meeting

a noticed teleconference meeting, the Commission reserves the right to conduct the meeting

In addition to the JJDPC Commission Treasurer, include the JJDCP Commission Chair  
and the JJDPC Commission Support Staff to the email correspondence and financial  
statement distribution from the Foundation. (Commission vote requested and recorded  
in meeting minutes to submit to EDC Foundation to implement)

1. Potential support from JJDPC for assistance with hotel stays in the South Lake Tahoe region  
for families visiting youth at the JTC. As it gets dark earlier, the weather is changing, and some  
families are driving some distance, the challenge is often lodging and time on the road. Perhaps  
a local hotel would have voucher options?
