2) Make findings that the Amendment II to Agreement for Services 8588

award and the contractor with the most recently awarded contract agrees  
to the same terms and conditions as the previous award; and  
3) Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute Amendment II  
to Agreement for Services 8588 with Viking Shred LLC, increasing

Administrative Office, Facilities Division, recommending the Board:  
1) Make findings in accordance with Board of Supervisors Policy C-2,  
Lease Agreement 335-L1411 (FENIX No. 0634) is eligible to exercise  
the second of two Options to extend the term for an additional three-year  
period;  
2) Approve and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute Option No. 2  
Notification Letter for Lease Agreement 335-L1411 (FENIX No. 0634)  
with Briw Office Investors, for the additional term of three years from  
February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2030, thereby increasing the rent  
amount for a total of $2,086,104.84, with the total obligated amount for all  
months of rent of $10,076,000.28; and  
3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute amendments relating to  
Lease Agreement 335-L1411 (FENIX No. 0634), contingent upon  
approval by County Counsel and Risk Management, which do not  
increase the maximum dollar amount or term of the Agreement.

unbiased findings where there is a need for an outside perspective;  
2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign competitively procured  
Agreement for Services 10337 with The SmithWaters Group, with an  
amount not to exceed $386,715 for the initial term, effective upon final  
execution, covering the period beginning the first of the month following  
final execution through June 30, 2029, with the option to extend the  
Agreement for one additional year through June 30, 2030, adding an  
additional $145,860.75 for the extended term if that option is exercised,  
for a total maximum obligation of $532,575.75;  
3) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute amendments relating to  
Agreement 10337, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk  
Management, which do not increase the maximum dollar amount or term  
of the Agreement; and  
4) Authorize the HHSA Director, or the Chief Assistant Director, to  
execute programmatic, administrative, and fiscal documents relating to  
Agreement 10337.

County Ordinance Chapter 3.13, Contracting Out, that specialty skills and  
qualifications not expressly identified in County classifications are  
involved in the performance of the work; and  
4) Approve and authorize the Agricultural Commissioner to sign  
Amendment IV to Agreement for Services 9438 for glassy-winged  
sharpshooter delimitation services with Neighborly Pest Management, Inc.  
to increase the total compensation by $1,000,000, for an updated amount  
of $5,522.000 with no change to the expiration date of June 30, 2027,  
contingent upon approval by County Counsel.

of the agreement by two (2) years for a new expiration date of August 15,

1) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Amendment I to Agreement 7064

Amendment Project, extending the term of the agreement by two (2) years for a  
new expiration date of August 15, 2028, with no changes to the scope of work  
and not-to-exceed amount of $347,880.00 (Attachment B);  
2) Approve and Authorize the Chair to sign Amendment I to Funding Agreement  
No. 7475 with the El Dorado Irrigation District (EID) for a contribution of $173,940  
by EID towards the Texas Hill Reservoir Takeline Parcel Rezone and General  
Plan Amendment Project, extending the term of the agreement by two (2) years

billing and staffing services provided by the California Forensic Medical  
Group, Inc. (CFMG) are in the best interest of the public and that there are  
specialty skills, qualifications, and equipment not expressly identified in  
County classifications involved in the performance of the work;  
2) Make findings in accordance with Procurement Policy C-17 Section  
3.4.2.f to exempt Agreement for Services 10233 from the competitive  
bidding process because the continuity of providers will provide efficiency  
or critical knowledge, and other providers cannot provide similar  
efficiencies or critical knowledge;  
3) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Agreement 10233 with CFMG,  
to provide CalAIM planning, billing and staffing services with an initial term  
effective upon execution through December 31, 2029, with automatic  
one-year renewals, in the monthly amount of $78,934 plus 8% of the total  
sum of monies collected from Medi-Cal for the initial term; and  
4) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute amendments relating to  
Agreement 10233, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk  
Management, which do not increase compensation or the term of the  
Agreement.

Chamber of Commerce for the provision of Film Officer services,  
increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $150,750 for a new amount of  
$301,500, and extending the term by one (1) year for a revised expiration  
date of August 11, 2027; and  
3) Provide direction to staff to identify additional ways to structure the  
program to align with film industry standards and best practices, including  
fees, and explore alternative avenues for funding Film Commissioner  
activities.  
Funding: General Fund - 99.5% / Film Permit Fees - 0.5%.  
A motion was made by Supervisor Parlin, seconded by Supervisor Ferrero to:  
1) Receive and file an annual report on film permit activity since adoption of  
Ordinance 5236, “Filming Permits”, and Resolution 148-2025, Fees for Film  
Permits;  
2) Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Amendment 1 to Memorandum of  
Understanding 9756 with the El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce for the  
provision of Film Officer services, increasing the not-to-exceed amount by  
$150,750 for a new amount of $301,500, and extending the term by one (1) year  
for a revised expiration date of August 11, 2027; and  
3) Provide direction to staff to identify additional ways to structure the program
