PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS: The meeting will be open to the public. The meeting  
will also be live-streamed via Zoom.  
Although the County strives to offer remote participation, be advised that remote Zoom  
participation is provided for convenience only. In the event of a technological malfunction, the only  
assurance of live comments being received by the Commission is to attend in person. Except for  
a noticed teleconference meeting, the Commission reserves the right to conduct the meeting

Current population - 15 (11 male, 4 female) 1 SYTF contract form Yolo County, 2 out of  
county contract  
1 female - Behavior Health hospital incident, 4 use of force, 8 IEPs, 1 Foster Care  
12 bookings in last three weeks: 5 intake - 7 release  
Ongoing vocational programs including Nutrition course and additional educational  
courses  
Chief Probation Officer (10 minutes) - not in attendance  
Treasurer's Report (5 minutes) - Hurley emailed report to commission members just  
before meeting start  
Leadership Team (10 minutes) - nothing to report at this time  
Outreach/Communication (10 minutes each) Communication: Quick review of new web  
page, new email, QR Code, new JJDPC information flyer  
NEW BUSINESS  
Representative Chris Weston from Coalition for Overdose Prevention and Education (C.O.P.E.) -  
presentation about Youth Action Council upcoming community fentanyl awareness events  
featuring free screenings of the documentary Fentanyl High.  
Budget $5K for 2 events - In Kind donations to support. Approx $2500 per event (venue, food) -  
two theaters with an expert panel at each to help answer questions.  
Youth Action Council - ongoing support for youth in our community. Funding goes towards  
internship support and future events.  
JJDPC consideration for donation to support C.O.P.E and the Youth Action Council with these  
events - support documents and additional information sent and will be added to the March  
agenda for a vote
