During the November 21, 2024 meeting, a procedural error was identified in which a designee cast votes while the Executive Member was present. As per Article II, Section D of the El Dorado County Community Corrections Partnership Bylaws, designees do not have voting authority when their Executive Member is in attendance.
To correct this, the designee’s votes have been removed from the official record, and the revised vote count has been documented. The correction did not impact the outcome of any motions, as all affected items still passed with a majority vote.
The corrected minutes are presented for approval, reflecting the accurate voting record and ensuring procedural integrity.
