Said property is within the community of El Dorado Hills, located at 795 Knight Lane.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by Michael L. Estupinian and Chandra L. Estupinian, Trustees of the Estupinian Family Trust dated January 26, 2026, owners of Assessor's Parcel Number 120-371-004, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate the northerly Public Utility easement located on said property. The easement is more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.
The Public Utility easement, as shown on Lot 356 of Ridgeview Village Unit No. 6, recorded in Book G of Subdivisions at Page 28, was offered to the County of El Dorado by Pacific States Development Corporation By: William J. Fisher, and Mary Theresa Muse, on September 18, 1985. The easement was accepted by the County of El Dorado on October 1, 1985, and the Subdivision Map was recorded on October 7, 1985.
AT&T, Comcast, El Dorado Irrigation District and Pacific Gas & Electric have not used said subject easement for the purposes for which it was dedicated and find no present or future need exists for said subject easement and do not object to its vacation, and to that end, have all issued letters to that effect.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Surveyor’s Office collects a fee for processing the Abandonment of Easement on a time and materials basis. There is no fiscal impact as a result of the approval of this item.

1) Clerk of the Board to obtain the Chair's signature on the one (1) Resolution.
2) Clerk of the Board to record the Resolution at the Recorder’s Office.
3) Clerk of the Board to return a copy of the recorded Resolution for further processing to the Surveyor's Office, Attn: Carter Meyers.
