Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
There is no immediate or short-term fiscal impact associated with this action.  The streets associated with Cameron Glen Estates, Units No. 3 & 4 are private and will be maintained by the Homeowners Association.

Reason for Recommendation:
The Subdivision Improvements for Cameron Glen Estates, Units No. 3 & 4 have been substantially completed according to the plans, specifications and conditions of the Agreement to Make Subdivision Improvements for Class 1 Subdivisions Between County and Owner dated July 13, 2004.

The only outstanding items of work are the placement of slurry seal and thermoplastic pavement markings.  Presently, the contractor has removed old street pavement markings and has restriped Green Valley Road with paint.  He will return in late Spring when the temperatures allow the placement of the slurry seal and thermoplastic pavement markings on the offsite improvements to Green Valley Road.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
(1)      The Clerk of the Board will:
     (a)      Reduce Performance Bond No. 828962S to $186,111.30.
    (b)      Hold Laborers and Materialmens Bond No. 828962S in the amount of $620,371.00.

(2)      The Department will request the Clerk of the Board release the respective bonds after the       required time period, if listed conditions are met.
