Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Acknowledge and consent to the making of an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Drainage Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-720-004, located in El Dorado Hills, District 1;
2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to the Making of an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Drainage Easement;
3) Acknowledge an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Drainage Easement on behalf of those public entities that will provide services, subject to the purveyor’s construction standards; and
4) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to the Making of an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for the Drainage Easement and to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication with the Consent attached, pursuant to Government Code Section 7050.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Treviso Ridgeview 7, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, for an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication (IOD 20-0003) for a Drainage Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-720-004, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibits. This dedication would provide for a future drainage easement on Assessor's Parcel Number 120-720-004.
ALTERNATIVES
An alternative would be to not accept the IOD. By utilizing this alternative, no provision would be made for a future Drainage Easement on Assessor’s Parcel Number 120-720-004.

OTHER DEPARTMENT / AGENCY INVOLVEMENT
Community Development Agency, Transportation Division, has reviewed said Irrevocable Offer of Dedication and supports the consent to the making of an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Surveyor’s Office collects a fee for processing the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication on a time and materials basis. There is no fiscal impact as a result of the approval of this item.
CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS
1) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on one (1) Consent to the Making of an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication.
2) The Clerk of the Board will record the IOD with the signed Consent attached to the back of the document.
3) The Clerk of the Board will return a copy of the recorded IOD to the Surveyor’s Office, Attn: Jane McClusky.
