Chief Administrative Office, Facilities Division, recommending the Board:
1) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute Amendment I to Agreement for Services 6468 with More 4 Less Pest Control to include a clarifying rate sheet and inclusion of subcontractor language to provide routine, as-needed, and emergency pest control services at various County operated locations; and
2) Authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute any further necessary amendments relating to Agreement for Services 6468, excluding term extensions and increases to the not-to-exceed amount, contingent upon approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On April 19, 2022, the Board approved Agreement for Services No. 6468 with More 4 Less Pest Control for a two-year term and a not-to-exceed amount of $150,000 to provide routine, as-needed and emergency pest control services at various County operated locations
Amendment I to Agreement for Services 6468 includes a clarifying rate sheet (Exhibit B) for as-needed emergency services and inclusion of subcontractor language along with ancillary updates to Article I Scope of Work, Article III Compensation, Article XIV Changes to Agreement, Article XVII Assignment and Delegation, Article XXIV Insurance and Article XXV Licenses. Exhibit B simply clarifies the same rate structure that was in place in the original contract and subcontractor language is needed to address specialty pest problems such as termites. There are no other changes to this agreement.
ALTERNATIVES
The Board could decline this amendment and the clarifying rate sheet and inclusion of subcontractor language will not be included in the agreement.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
There are no changes to the financial terms of the agreement as a result of this amendment, and all costs have been budgeted for in the Division’s current Fiscal Year operating budget and will be budgeted for in future years.
