Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of the Planning and Building Department, recommending the Board approve the following appointments to the Strategic Economic Enhancement Development Committee:
1) Reappoint Carl Ribaudo, President/Chief Strategist, SMG Consulting, with a term expiration of September 29, 2028;
2) Reappoint David Spaur, Retired City Manager, Consultant, S2 Consulting, LLC, with a term expiration of September 29, 2028;
3) Reappoint Perry McLain, Businessman, PMC Aquatics, LLC, with a term expiration of September 29, 2028; and
4) Reappoint Christine Noonan, General Manager/Owner Delfino Farms, with a term expiration of September 29, 2028.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
These appointments are intended to strengthen the Strategic Economic Enhancement Development (SEED) Committee’s ongoing efforts to advance economic development initiatives within the County by ensuring that it has the necessary expertise, perspective, and community representation to carry out its work effectively. Each recommended appointee brings relevant knowledge or experience that will support the Committee’s strategic planning, project evaluation, and collaborative outreach. Approval of these appointments will provide the Committee with a full and balanced membership, enabling it to continue progressing on current initiatives, engage stakeholders more effectively, and develop recommendations that align with the County’s long term economic priorities. A Notice of Vacancy has been posted since April 7, 2026, in accordance with County procedures to ensure adequate public outreach and opportunity for interested individuals to apply.
