DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

Surveyor's Office received an application from Enrique Rodriguez, a married man, for an IOD (IOD 14-010) for two Public Service Easements, and a Road Right-of-Way, including the fee title interest (ownership) of said land, on Assessor’s Parcel Number 119-100-016, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibit.  This dedication would allow for two Public Service Easements and a road right-of-way, including the fee title interest (ownership) of said land, on Assessor's Parcel Number 119-100-016.

OTHER DEPARTMENT / AGENCY INVOLVEMENT

Department of Transportation, has reviewed said IOD and supports the consent to this offer and recommends that the Board Acknowledge and Accept said IOD.

Approve as recommended.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

The Surveyor”s Office collects a fee for processing the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication on a time and materials basis.  There is no fiscal impact as a result of the approval of this item.

 

CLERK OF THE BOARD FOLLOW UP ACTIONS

1) The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on one (1) Consent to Offer of Dedication and Acceptance of Offer.

2) The Clerk of the Board will record the IOD with the signed Consent attached to the back of the document.

3) The Clerk of the Board will return a copy of the recorded IOD to the Surveyor’s Office, Attn: Carter Meyers.
