DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Contractor has been engaged by the County to furnish personnel, equipment, materials, parts, supplies and services necessary to provide on-call and emergency calibration, testing, reporting, maintenance and repair services for boiler, chiller, cooling tower, air handling and heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems at various County-operated facilities. Services include maintenance, repair, installation, calibration and testing of valves, sensors, positioners, gaskets, motors, switches, pumps, hoses, thermometers, controllers, filters, pneumatic controls, system PH levels and all other parts and equipment necessary to keep boiler, chiller, cooling tower, air handling and heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning systems operational at various County operated facilities.
Miller Mechanical incorporated to Miller and Company Mechanical Services, Inc. on April 1, 2015 and the County was not notified until May of 2016. This agreement expires July 11, 2016 and the amendment is required in order to process current and past invoices.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no change to Net County Cost. Funding is available in both the Accumulated Capital Outlay Fund and General Fund for the 2015-2016 fiscal year and shall be budgeted in the future Fiscal Year.
