DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by Noble Emblem, LLC, a California limited liability company, owners of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 126-710-005 and 126-710-006, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate the Drainage easements located on said properties. The easements are more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.

The Drainage easements, as shown on Lots 5 and 6 of Malcolm Dixon Road Estates Unit No. 2, recorded in Book K of Subdivisions at Page 76, were offered to the County of El Dorado by Diamante Development, LLC a California limited liability company By: Chris Labarbera, on May 23, 2024. The easements were acknowledged and rejected by the County of El Dorado on October 22, 2024, and the Subdivision Map was recorded on October 28, 2024.

The Department of Transportation has not used said subject easements for the purposes for which they were dedicated and find no present or future need exists for said portions of subject easements and do not object to their vacation, and to that end, have issued a letter to that effect.
