Hearing to consider Arrigotti Project (Tentative Parcel Map P25-0014) request dividing a 13.43-acre parcel into two (2) residential parcels of 6.22 acres and 7.21 acres on property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 110-450-002, consisting of 13.43 acres, is located on the east side of Lomita Way, approximately 1,400 feet northeast of the intersection with Bonita Drive, in the El Dorado Hills Community Region area, submitted by Steven & Judith Arrigotti; staff recommends the Zoning Administrator take the following actions:
1) Determine that pursuant to the CEQA Guidelines, environmental review may be streamlined pursuant to Section 15183, Projects Consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan, or Zoning; and
2) Approve Tentative Parcel Map P25-0014, based on the Findings and subject to the Conditions of Approval as presented.

Request to consider Tentative Parcel Map P25-0014/Arrigotti submitted by Steven & Judith Arrigotti dividing a 13.43-acre parcel into two (2) residential parcels of 6.22 acres and 7.21 acres. The property, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 110-450-002, consisting of 13.43 acres, is located on the east side of Lomita Way, approximately 1,400 feet northeast of the intersection with Bonita Drive, in the El Dorado Hills Community Region area, Supervisorial District 1.
