Exhibit A, Section 4. Officers

The Parks and Recreation Commission shall elect from its members a Chair and a Vice Chair, who shall hold office for a term of one year and until the election of their successors. The Chair shall act as the presiding officer at all meetings of the Commission. In the absence of the Chair, the Vice Chair shall preside and exercise all the duties of the Chair.
