DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
This is the first review of the Park Panning Standards Chapter for the El Dorado County Parks and Trails Master Plan Update. Included in this chapter for Commissioner review are park classifications, park levels of service, park service areas, park site characteristics, park design guidelines, trail standards, trail classifications, trail levels of service, trail design standards, maintenance standards, park and trail development process, open space standards, and open space classifications.
