Surveyor's Office recommending the Board:
1) Approve and authorize the Chair to acknowledge and reject an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication for a Drainage Easement;
2) Authorize the Chair to sign the Consent to Offer of Dedication and to record the Irrevocable Offer of Dedication with the Consent attached. Authorization for recording said Offer is pursuant to Government Code Section 7050. The subject parcel is located within the community of El Dorado Hills and lies southwest to the intersection of Via Veritas and Ranchos Cerros Drive, across from 1861 Via Veritas.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Surveyor's Office received an application from Noble Emblem, LLC, a California limited liability company, for an IOD (IOD-SV26-0003) for a Drainage Easement, on Assessor’s Parcel Number 126-710-006, and being more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted on Exhibit “B” of the attached Exhibit.
The easement being offered for dedication is for drainage purposes. The Drainage Easement will be owned and maintained privately in accordance with the conditions of approval for the Malcolm Dixon Road Estates Unit NO 1 large lot final map and subsequent specific maps. The Drainage Easement will be rejected due to the project conditions of approval, which states said Drainage Easement IOD will be rejected.
This dedication would allow for a future drainage area on Assessor's Parcel Number 126-710-006 as required for said map conditions of approval.
