DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On September 22, 2026, the Board approved Legistar file 26-1445, which included the recommendation for the Board to adopt the negotiated Letter of Agreement to the Memorandum of Understanding between the County of El Dorado and the Operating Engineers Local No. 3 representing employees in the Corrections Bargaining Unit to memorialize and implement negotiated provisions regarding employee benefits procedures.
