DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
An amendment to the attached bylaws as shown in Attachment A was discussed by the Diamond Springs and El Dorado Community Advisory Committee. The bylaws as shown in Attachment B were approved by the Diamond Springs and El Dorado Community Advisory Committee on January 15, 2026.
The bylaws attached as shown in Attachment B are being recommended for approval by the Board.
The only revision is to change the meeting start time from 6:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.

The Board could decide not to approve the amended bylaws as presented.
