Background
The Board of Supervisors approved a perpetual agreement between the Treasurer-Tax Collector and PCI, LLC, for software support and service
on June 11, 2013 (File 11-0588, Item 21).  PCI, LLC has changed status from a corporation to an LLC.
Reason for Recommendation
The vendor name must be corrected from a corporation to an LLC on the contract and vendor database.
Action(s) to be taken following Board approval
The Treasurer-Tax Collector will notify Procurement and Contracts and the Auditor-Controller of the Board's approval to correct the vendor name on Agreement for Services #030-S0211 with PCI, LLC.
