Background: On June 2, 2009, the District Attorney's office brought forth version one of this agenda item for board approval. Since that time the grantor has notified the District Attorney's Office that the original certification provided by the funding agency was not the correct form. Although this grant ended on December 31, 2010, the grantor is now requesting resubmittal of the correct certification by each recipeint.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Certification to be signed by Board Chair and returned to the District Attorney's Office.
