Title: Community Development Services, Environmental Management Department, recommending the Board approve and authorize the Chair to sign the First Amendment to Agreement for Services 513-S1510 with Waste Connections of California, Inc., doing business as El Dorado Disposal, to extend the term of the Agreement for one additional year through August 26, 2019, increase the not-to-exceed compensation amount by $60,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $120,000, include a new fee schedule with a 3.5% rate increase to the disposal charge per ton to cover the additional term, and to include other minor administrative changes as necessary, to provide services for the removal, transportation, and disposal of dewatered sewage septic sludge from the County’s Union Mine Wastewater Treatment Plant.
